Measure the problem that users actually experience.

A radio-frequency survey collects evidence across agreed areas and systems. Define the affected carriers or radios, problem locations, occupancy patterns and applications. Combine readings with user reports and existing network documentation.

Carry the findings into an actionable scope.

Engineering may include coverage design, equipment selection, cable pathways, power coordination, installation requirements and commissioning criteria. ACE coordinates the technical scope and the handoffs between owners, contractors and other stakeholders.

Maintain the baseline after installation.

Testing, as-built documentation, troubleshooting and maintenance help keep the system understandable and supportable. Changes to floor layouts, equipment, occupancy or carrier networks may justify a fresh review. Support frequency and response commitments are agreed for each engagement.

Applications and practical benefits

Surveys support renovations, tenant changes, troubleshooting and new deployments. Useful deliverables define measured conditions, problem areas, priorities and the next technical decisions, rather than a generic equipment list.

Tools and deliverables

Depending on scope, work may use calibrated test receivers, spectrum analysis, walk-test tools, survey software and building plans. Reports should state methods, areas tested, findings, design assumptions and any limits on interpretation.

Common questions

Can you assess an existing system?

Yes. Start with its documentation, equipment inventory, known issues and access arrangements to define the review.
